We cannot thank Ally enough for her guidance and hard work getting our home sold. By the time she was finished helping us prepare our home for sale, to us it looked like It could in Better Homes and Gardens. From the staging to the photographer, everything was done top notch. Ally is very professional but also easy to talk to. She was always available for us when we needed her. We were also looking for a manufactured home in a super tight market. We looked at a lot of not so great homes except for this one newer manufactured home. We made a low offer compared to asking and it was declined. We were sad but were resolved to keep the cost down. We moved on but there was nothing we liked enough to take the leap. Our home received two offers and sold for more than we originally thought it would. I give Ally credit for helping us stage and price the house. The home we wanted was still available so we made another offer which was accepted. We were able to pay cash for it. The timing for the close of escrow on both properties was coordinated perfectly. We love our new home and hope the new owners of our former home love it as much as we did. If we ever decide to sell again we would definitely use Ally as our real estate agent!
