Losing Sleep and Lying By Omission

Can I tell you what actually keeps people up at night about selling their house?
It’s not the paperwork. It’s the math problem that feels impossible: sell first and risk having nowhere to go, or buy first and risk carrying two mortgages. Everyone pictures themselves stuck in the worst-case version of both.
This isn’t a math problem, though. It’s a planning problem. And planning problems have solutions.
I just helped a client time their sale and purchase so they went straight from one house to the next, no storage unit required. If you’re thinking about this too, here’s what I want you to know:
1 – you CAN sell and buy without a gap in between, but only when the timeline gets built on purpose, early, with someone who’s done it before
2 – every smooth “we sold and bought” story you scroll past had a plan running behind it. Is it technically lying? Only by omission lol.
If this is on your radar, even loosely, let’s map out what your timeline could actually look like, before you’re staring down at moving boxes wondering what on earth you just got yourself into.
You don’t have to figure this out solo. That’s the whole reason I’m here in your inbox each week/month.
