The Scariest Things in Napa Valley Homes

It’s officially the season for scary stories, so I made you a list. Not ghosts, not the guy in the hockey mask…but the actual scariest things found in Napa Valley homes this time of year!
Here’s what’s haunting our houses right now:
* smoke detectors running on batteries older than your car
* a furnace filter that hasn’t been changed since…the original ghost busters was released
* that one drawer nobody’s opened since 2019 (you know the one)
* a water heater quietly plotting its retirement
* people who think they’re stuck in a home that doesn’t fit them anymore, just because they haven’t looked at what else is out there
That last one gets me every time. It’s the one I hear constantly… Someone’s outgrown their place, or it’s outgrown them, and they just assume moving isn’t realistic right now.
Look, sometimes it’s not. But a lot of the time, people are scaring themselves with a story that isn’t even true anymore.
If any part of that sounds a little too familiar, reach out and let’s set up a quick mini consult. 30 minutes, a salted caramel latte (on me), and just an honest look at what’s possible for you.
Can’t wait to chat!
