Tiny Habits That Make Gray Days in Napa Valley Brighter

We get to enjoy some really gorgeous weather in Napa, but let’s be real—those gray, dreary days sneak up on us sooner or later.
Save this blog for when they do! (blah!)
Having lived in California all my life, there are a few habits I've developed to help combat the *blah* feelings.
Here's what I would tell anyone in Napa who's experiencing those tougher days:
wake up early & get a workout in (thank god for the Peloton app!)
cold plunge (Ok, ok, we have one—and Bubba swears by it—but personally, I’m more into finishing my shower with 30 seconds of cold water instead)
plan something to look forward to (like a weekend getaway or a local date night)
get out of the house, even if it's just to Winston's Cafe or another local coffee shop!
take a walk, even if it's cold (my family loves Alston Park)
Sometimes in Napa, we have to make our own sunshine but I have found all of these things help!
What do you do to combat dreary days?
